the free shuttle to universal parks was a game changer. i was also delighted to find a well-equipped convenience store right inside. the big rooms offered a great shower. it definitely worked for me.

waiting in line for 10 minutes to check in was a little inconvenient.

A Good Stay Overall

convenient location tram stop theme parks needs updating funny smell unprofessional staff

The hotel is very close to shops and theme parks! I will definitely stay again. I enjoyed the tram stop being right outside the hotel. It was fantastic! The nearby restaurants are within walking distance.

The rooms really need updating. I did experience a funny smell in the hotel. The front desk staff did not seem to know what they were doing.

The location was very convenient. It was close to everything I needed. The room was clean. The bed was super comfy.

The room seemed a bit outdated. There were cracks at the bottom of the door. I could see through them. I had to use a towel to cover them at night.

The location offered easy access. Restaurants and shops are nearby. I appreciated the helpful staff during check-in. The hotel included a bar, restaurants, and a souvenir shop. That was so convenient.

The toilet took too long to refill after flushing. The sound balance on the television was off. The dialog was barely audible, while action sounds were very loud, which I found really annoying.

i appreciated the complimentary parking with a simple entry process. the bathroom layout with separated toilet and sink areas was helpful. i also liked the inclusion of a full-length mirror and additional makeup mirror in the closet, it was convenient.
